Major Projects, Activities, and Achievements
- Personnel Management – Managing the transfer of Panchayat Secretaries and handling other employee-related benefits and administrative matters.
- Panchayat Elections – Conducting elections for the three-tier Panchayati Raj Institutions.
- Implementation of Government Schemes – Implementing rural development schemes, including those funded under the 15th Finance Commission, at the grassroots level in rural areas.
- Inspection and Monitoring – Conducting periodic inspections of Gram Panchayats to monitor administrative work, meetings, and development/construction activities.
- Budget Allocation and Financial Management – Ensuring the proper allocation, distribution, and accounting of funds received for government schemes such as Gyan Kendra, Panchayat Strengthening, and the 15th Finance Commission grants.
- Grievance Redressal – Investigating complaints received against Panchayat representatives (such as the Mukhiya, Deputy Mukhiya, Ward Members, and others) as well as employees, and taking appropriate action.
