Brief About the Department (Nature of Work)

The District Welfare Ramgarh works under the district administration to implement various social welfare and tribal welfare schemes of the Government of Jharkhand and Government of India. The office mainly focuses on the educational, social, and economic development of Scheduled Tribes (ST), Scheduled Castes (SC), Backward Classes and minority communities.
